UVConverter

UVConverter is a universal command-line Vietnamese encoding converter which supports 13 different charsets/encodings (Unicode, UTF8, TCVN3, VNI...). UVConverter can be built in Windows, Linux, Mac OS X.

• Tar.gz format (for Linux, Mac OS X): UVConverter 1.1.3b
• Zip format (for Windows): UVConverter 1.1.3b.

Notes

Since the release of UniKey 3.1 source code, there have been serious violations of the GPL by some software groups in using UniKey source code. I don't want those programmers, who have no self-respect, to take full advantage of my hard work in such an unfair way. Therefore I only release source code for each version when it is finalized and officially released.

To those interested in UniKey source code: please don't ask me further questions about this issue. Although UniKey is closed-source in development, I'm open to any contribution. So feel free to contact me if you have something to make UniKey a better software.
